Shopify feed management · In development
Your catalog.
Your feed.
A clearer view.
A workspace for reviewing Shopify product variants, making feed-only edits and understanding what Google reports about your products.
Explore the workflowThe workflow
From product data
to informed decisions.
One connected process, with a clear distinction between your store, your feed and Google’s observations.
Start with your Shopify catalog.
Import product variants with their current catalog prices and availability. Review the products included in the feed and the reasons others are excluded.
Review what goes into your feed.
Select variants, preview changes and edit supported feed attributes. These edits apply to the feed; they do not change your Shopify products, prices or stock.
Activate an XML feed you have reviewed.
Explicit activation publishes the reviewed feed. Later catalog updates keep it aligned with imported data and your feed choices.
Understand Google’s reported status.
After authorized Google setup and selection of a matching Merchant Center source, review product diagnostics separately from local feed status. An XML feed alone does not prove approval or ad delivery.
Current scope
Focused by design.
Still being developed.
The current implementation focuses on US listings in USD, using regular Shopify catalog prices.
Regional pricing, business-to-business pricing, required subscriptions and bundles, and checkout-only discounts are outside this scope.
Google diagnostics require an authorized account and an existing matching feed source. They describe observed product status, rather than guaranteeing that Google fetched the latest feed or that ads will run.
About this project
Variant Rescue is
a software project
in development.
We are building a Shopify feed management app around a practical question: what is in the feed, what changed, and what does Google report?
This is the project’s public information page. It is not a retail store or an installation portal. Public installation and purchasing are not offered here.
Product development and integration checks are ongoing. This page makes no claim of Google verification, product approval or commercial availability.
